We’re searching for a Part-Time Strategic Relationships Manager (NDIS & Homecare) — someone who wants to do more than hit targets. We want a senior relationship specialist who is motivated to raise the standard of care in Australia.

Why This Role Exists
The NDIS and Homecare sectors are crowded and noisy. Support Coordinators and Case Managers are burnt out from being constantly sold to by generic providers.
We’re not looking for a salesperson. We’re looking for a Strategic Advocate.
Your role is to become the “easy button” for providers across the country — building high-trust partnerships where Nourish’d becomes the default recommendation. Not because you’re a hard closer, but because you genuinely care about participant outcomes and know how to make life easier for Support Coordinators, carers, and participants.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Impact Work)
Relationship Architecture
Build and nurture deep B2B2C referral networks with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Homecare Case Managers. You’ll also run engaging one-to-many education sessions with participants.
Educational Advocacy
Host on-site and virtual Lunch & Learns that demonstrate why Nourish’d is the gold standard for participant nutrition.
Live Events
Represent Nourish’d at NDIS expos, aged care forums, and community events across South East Queensland.
Navigating Reform
Stay ahead of Support at Home legislative changes to ensure we remain a compliant and valuable partner.
Feedback Loop
Work directly with our founders to shape our offering based on real community needs.
Who You Are
An Industry Insider
You’ve worked in partnerships or relationship management within NDIS or Homecare. You understand the ecosystem, the language, and the pain points.

You bring existing relationships and a reputation for a practical, no-BS approach.

The Deal
Salary
$125,000 per annum (pro-rata for 22.5 hours per week).
