What Meal Size Is Right for Me?

Did you know that we offer three meal sizes? We understand that one size does not fit all. Everyone has different dietary requirements and preferences. Are you confused as to what meal size would suit you? Do not worry we have got you covered. Our three meal sizes include regular, large, and extra large.  Worry not, each meal is made with the same amount of love and no hidden nasties!

Regular Size 

Our regular size meals are suited to males or females with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week. The regular size meal ranges between 330 to 420 calories (1300 - 1700 kilojoules). Regular size meals are also great for those trying to lose weight and meet specific calorie requirements each day. 

Large Size 

Our delicious large meals are recommended for men or women with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week and for women that do high levels of physical activity. The large meal ranges from 475 - 600 calories (1900 - 2400 kilojoules). The large-size meals also come in handy for those weight-lifting lovers looking to increase their calorie intake but remain cautious of hitting their macro goals. 

Extra Large

Last but certainly not least are the extra-large size meals. These meals are recommended for men and women that take part in high levels of physical activity and training each week. The extra-large meals range between 618 - 780 calories (2500 - 3100 kilojoules). The extra-large meals are also suited to couples, or a parent and their toddler.

STANDARD

Ranging between 1300 kilojoules (332 calories) and 1700 kilojoules (420 calories) and are well suited to females with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week.

LARGE

Ranging between 1900 kilojoules (475 calories) and 2400 kilojoules (600 calories), the Large size meals are recommended for Men with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week. Women that take part in high levels of phyiscal activity.

ATHLETE

Ranging between 2500 kilojoules (618 calories) and 3100 kilojoules (780 calories), the Athlete size meals are recommended for Men/Women that take part in high levels of physical activity each week.
