The Nourish’d Nutrition Philosophy:

At Nourish’d we believe in the good life - not the restricted life. What you look like, how much you weigh, your BMI - are not of interest to us. How you feel , what you know about your body , how well educated you are on how to live your best life - that’s what we’re here for. If you can leave with just one building block towards better health, we’ve done our jobs.

The Nourish’d Pillars of Health

Your Mind

The link between what you put in your body and your mental health is undeniable - through the best food options and educational content, we aim to show you the best ways to take care of your body as well as your precious mind.

Your Body

It’s no secret that your body thrives on being fed the best - we’re here to support you in learning what that looks like for YOU. Maybe it’s 100% gluten free all the time, maybe it’s an 80/20 split of whole and soul foods? What we know is that finding the right fit for your body is key.

Your Time

It’s okay to take time for you - to outsource the things that are necessary for life, but aren’t your forte. We’re referring, of course, to shopping and meal prepping. We’re here to make sure you can outsource that to the experts, eat delicious meals, and spend your precious time on the things that bring you joy.

Ash Calder In House Nutritionist (B.Nutr)

For almost a decade, Ash has loved cooking, baking and sharing her creations, and in 2020 decided to put her passion for food to better use and become a qualified nutritionist. “Everything in moderation, including moderation” is a quote Ash integrates into her own life and encourages those around her to do the same. She does not believe in “good” or “bad” foods, instead focusing on discussing food in a way that inspires mindfulness and appreciation of the body. She hopes to teach others how to take better care of themselves, and to give them the tools to prepare more nourishing meals and make healthier choices.

Honestly the best pre-made meals (and I have tried them all). They taste homemade and are absolutely delicious. I love how healthy they are and the amount of variety.
