Big news from the wellness world — and it’s giving hope to so many navigating life with endometriosis.
A major study led by the University of Edinburgh has found that diet might play a bigger role in endo symptom relief than we once thought. Over 2,500 participants shared their experiences, and here’s what stood out:
- 45% felt better after going gluten-free
- 45% saw improvement after removing dairy
- 43% noticed a difference when cutting back on caffeine
- And 53% found relief by reducing alcohol
These insights are self-reported and we still have a long way to go in the research, but they open the door to something really empowering: that everyday food choices might actually help.
At Nourish’d, we’re not claiming to have the cure (and we’d never pretend to). But we do make eating gluten-free and dairy-free a whole lot easier. Every meal on our menu is gluten-free, and we’ve got plenty of dairy-free options too — because you deserve meals that love you back.
This study is a step forward in understanding endometriosis. More science is needed, but for now, it’s a reminder that your plate has power — and we’re here to make that plate as nourishing (and delicious) as possible.
