INGREDIENTS
- 230ml Light Olive Oil
- 10g Dijon Mustard
- 1 Egg
- 30g Minced Garlic
- 30mL Lemon Juice
- 10g Anchovies
- 10g Honey
- Sprinkle of Salt & Pepper
METHOD
- Step 1: Crack egg
- Step 2: Whisk
- Step 3: Slowly add 230 mL olive oil and whisk
- Step 4. Transfer to blender
- Step 5: Add remaining ingredients (10g dijon mustard, 30g minced garlic, 30mL lemon juice, 10g anchovies, 10g honey, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper).
- Step 6: Blend Well
- Step 7: Transfer to dish
- Step 8: Spoon over your dish
