The New Spring Menu Has Arrived! With a Few Little Tweaks...

Happy October Nourish’d Family! You asked and we listened…our new spring menu  is now LIVE! Where to begin? Introducing you to our three new mouth watering meals and one fan favourite meal that will now be available each week. Let’s dive in! 

 

Naked Chicken Parmi 

Is there such a thing as a healthy chicken parmigiana? Well now there is… We’ve taken your favourite pub meal and given it that Nourish’d touch. The Naked Chicken Parmi features tender strips of free-range chicken baked in with a delicious marinara sauce topped with cheese and served with a side of white potato mash. Skip the pub, skip the preservatives, and skip the added calories. Order the Naked Chicken Parmi instead - this one’s sure to be a crowd favourite.

Beef Massaman 

Welcome to curry heaven. Introducing the curry of your dreams, the Beef Massaman. Featuring slow-cooked, melt in your mouth grass-fed beef in a rich and flavour packed curry with potato, served with a side of delicious basmati rice. The perfect comfort food meal. 

Dietaries Include: Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Preservative Free | Sugar Free

Nutrition (Regular Size Meal): 460 calories (1,900 kJ), 21g fat, 37g carbohydrates, and 30g protein.

 

 

Lemon Pepper Chicken 

Take succulent free range chicken breast, green beans, toss it through our creamy lemon pepper sauce, serve it on top of flavourful cauliflower mash and what do you have? That’s right - our brand new Lemon Pepper Chicken. The perfect dish for spring. P.S. The macros on this meal are *chefs kiss*.

New Meal Available EVERY WEEK

As you may know, we have a rotating menu (meaning each week our menu changes). Each week we keep our customers’ 4 favourite meals on each rotation. We are so excited to announce that fan favourite Country Style Crumbed Chicken will now be one of the four meals available EVERY SINGLE WEEK! So now every single week you can look forward to Country Style Crumbed Chicken, Korean Sesame Chicken & Broccoli, Slow Cooked Beef Stew, and Off The Bone Lamb Shanks. 

This means there will be 16 meals rotating each week with the 4 constant favourites. So 20 healthy and delicious meals to choose from for your Nourish’d order each week. It’s a win, win.

 

 

What about Chilli Cheese Fries? I can’t live without them…

We hear you loud and clear. Our Chilli Cheese Fries aren’t going anywhere. They will still be available, but just not every single week! Phew! Don’t worry, we’ve got your back!
