The NEW Nourish'd Menu is Here! And with a few little tweaks...

We get it - it’s been a while since our last menu change. But that’s because we have been working on an amazing new menu that our community has been begging for. Weekly menu rotations allow for more variety, but there are some meals that are so delicious, we needed to find a way for more customers to try them. A solid fan favourite is also back on the menu (for good!) with even more flavour than before!

Some rotation changes…

As you know, we have a rotating menu. That won’t be changing, but we’ve decided to keep our customers’ 4 favourite meals on each rotation. We are so excited to announce the Off The Bone Lamb Shanks, Korean Sesame Chicken & Broccoli, Slow Cooked Beef Stew and Chilli Cheese Fries are on the menu EVERY SINGLE WEEK!

This means there will be 16 meals rotating each week with the 4 constant favourites. So 20 healthy and delicious meals to choose from for your Nourish’d order each week. It’s a win, win.

The Chilli Cheese Fries is BACK

Our cult favourite Chilli Cheese Fries is back on the menu! If you didn’t know, this amazing dish includes our home made chilli (with grass fed beef of course) and sweet potato cubes, topped with goats cheese for that extra hit of flavour. This ready made meal is nut free, paleo friendly and has 4 servings of vegetables so you won’t be lacking those micronutrients we all so desperately need. STANDARD

Ranging between 1300 kilojoules (332 calories) and 1700 kilojoules (420 calories) and are well suited to females with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week.

LARGE

Ranging between 1900 kilojoules (475 calories) and 2400 kilojoules (600 calories), the Large size meals are recommended for Men with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week. Women that take part in high levels of phyiscal activity.

ATHLETE

Ranging between 2500 kilojoules (618 calories) and 3100 kilojoules (780 calories), the Athlete size meals are recommended for Men/Women that take part in high levels of physical activity each week.
