What’s the Difference Between a Once Off Order and a Nourish’d Subscription?

So you have just added your delicious Nourish’d meals to your cart and it’s now time to check out and provide payment for your purchase. You notice at checkout that there are three options you can choose from: 

- Once Off Order

- Recurring Weekly (5% Discount: Save  at least $3.74) (Nourish’d Subscription)

- Recurring Fortnightly (5% Discount: Save at least $3.74) (Nourish’d Subscription)

What do these three options mean? What option is right for me? How does it all work? We’ve broken each option down for you below and have walked you through each step! 

Once Off Orders Edition

Let’s talk about delivery timeframes - Once Off Order Edition! Once Off Orders are for customers who place an order for a one off delivery. One of our most F.A.Q.'s centres around delivery timeframes and order cut off date. We’ve put together this Step-By-Step Guide for you to make this process as seamless as possible! 

Step 1: Check the Nourish’d Postcode Checker

Before placing your Nourish’d order, we recommend checking your delivery time and day using our “Postcode Checker”. The Postcode Checker will tell you your available delivery windows (including day and time frame). 

Step 2: Check the Nourish’d Countdown Timer 

Before placing your Nourish’d order, check out the timer on the homepage. Every week our order cut off is Thursday 5pm AEST (6pm AEDT) for Once Off Order customers. 

Step 3: Order Before 5pm AEST Every Thursday

If you place your order before Thursday 5pm AEST, you can expect your meals to arrive that coming week. The meals will arrive on your chosen delivery date & time that you checked in step 1. Now, if you miss the order cut off, and order after Thursday 5pm AEST, you can expect your meals to arrive in two weeks time. P.S. Don’t miss order cut off time! 

Step 4: Sign up to the Nourish’d Newsletter to receive Weekly Reminder Texts & Emails

Recurring Orders Edition (Become a Nourish’d Subscriber)

Recurring Orders are for customers that have opted-in to have their meals sorted each week or fortnightly with a recurring order (Nourish'd Subscription). These customers have signed up to a Nourish’d Subscription and have the peace of mind of having a fridge stocked with healthy, nutritious food at all times with their subscription. They also save over at least $3 each week compared to Once Off Order customers! 

One of our most F.A.Q.'s centres around order cut off times and delivery timeframes. We’ve put together this Step-By-Step Guide for you to make this process as seamless as possible! 

Step 1: Check the Nourish’d Postcode Checker

Before selecting your meals, we recommend checking your delivery time and day using our “Postcode Checker”. The Postcode Checker will tell you your available delivery windows (including day and time frame). 

Step 2: Check the Nourish’d Countdown Timer 

Before selecting your meals, check out the timer on the homepage. Every week our order cut off is Thursday at 12pm AEST for subscription customers. 

Step 3A: Select Your Meals before Thursday 12pm AEST

Now it’s time to select your meals. Simply login into your account, click your name and account dashboard. Click “Choose Meals”. Once you choose your meals, don’t forget to scroll up to the top to view your selections and click Save My Meals Selections - this step is VERY important as it locks in your selections! Don’t want to do this EVERY week? Check Step 3B to see what you can do instead!

Step 3B: OR Set Your Meal Preferences 

Are you a creature of habit? Don’t worry, so are we! Instead of selecting your meals every single week, you can set meal preferences. Simply login into your account, click your name and account dashboard. Click “Meal Preferences.” There will be a list of meals from the full 60 meals available on our menu. By selecting your preferences we will automatically send meals each week based on your “I like it” preferences. At any time you can override your preferences by going into “Choose Meals” before 12pm on Thursday AEST (see step 3A above for more information on choosing meals!). 

Step 3C: OR You have not selected your meals or set your meal preferences by 12pm AEST 

If you haven’t selected your meals (Step 3A) and do not have set meal preferences (Step 3B), the Nourish’d team will choose them for you.  Don’t worry, we know what’s good! ;)

Step 4: Wait for your delicious meals to arrive! 

As long as your subscription plan is active (you haven’t contacted us to pause it or cancel it - btw you can do this at any time! We don’t have any lock-in contracts!) you can expect your meals to arrive that coming week!
