Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

- 1 x frozen banana

- 1 cup mixed frozen berries

- 1 serve protein powder of choice

- 1/4 milk of choice

- Top with - fresh berries/fruit & Nourish’d House Blend Muesli

 

METHOD

  1. Blitz banana, frozen berries, protein powder, and milk in blender until smooth

  2. Pour into bowl, and top with fresh fruit & muesli
