As of Wednesday, 29th of March 2023, the order-cut off day will change from Thursday to Wednesday
We acknowledge that change can be overwhelming sometimes, but we will be here for you every step of the way.
Here is everything you need to know about the new order-cut off date:
KEY DATES & TIMES
- Thursday, 23rd of March 2023 5pm AEST - The last Thursday Order Cut-Off Date.
- Wednesday, 29th of March 2023 5pm AEST - Order cutoff will be 5pm for the following weeks deliveries (From Saturday April 1)
SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS
If you have a Nourish’d subscription, your subscription will run every Wednesday at 12pm AEST instead of Thursday, effective from Wednesday, 29th of March 2023.
Your Actions:
- Have funds available for your co-payment at Midday, Wednesday 29 March
- Make sure to choose your meals before Wednesday AT 12pm AEST
NON-SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS
If you do not have a Nourish’d subscription, you must remember to place your order before Wednesday at 5pm AEST ifrom Wednesday, 29th of March 2023.
Your Actions
- We recommend setting a reminder for Wednesday, 29th of March that Nourish’d orders will be closing at 5pm AEST today.
- If you normally call us or email us to place your order, you must call us before Wednesday, 29th of March at 5pm AEST.
FAQ'S
1. Will my delivery day change?
No, your delivery day will remain the same.
2. Will I Need to Re-Enter My Payment Details?
No. Our system will simply change the date that your co-payment is charged, from Thursday to Wednesday.
3. When Do I Need To Make My Meal Selections By?
You will now need to make your meal selections before 5pm every Wednesday
4. I Am Concerned That I Do Not Completely Understand What Is Going On?
