Looking for a super simple Halloween treat? Look no further than our 3 ingredients chocolate crackles! They come together in an instant, no baking or oven-use required, and are a fun little treat for your spooky Halloween get together - for kids AND adults ;)
Ingredients:
130g (~2 cups) rice crisp cereal (gluten free, of course!)
290g chocolate of choice
2 packs Funday Gummy Frogs
Method:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the rice crisp cereal.
- Melt the chocolate carefully in a microwave safe bowl, stirring it every 20-30 seconds to ensure it doesn’t burn!
- Pour the melted chocolate over the rice crisp and stir really well until the cereal is completely coated.
- Scoop a heaped teaspoon of chocolate crackle mix into the base of 12 patty cake liners. Top each with one Gummy Frog, cover with more chocolate crackle, and finish with a second frog.
- Leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, then enjoy!
