Exciting Changes Coming to Nourish'd!

Exciting changes are coming to Nourish'd! You guys have blown us up! 🌟 Over the past few months, so many amazing new people have joined the Nourish'd community that, honestly, we’ve had a little trouble keeping up.

 

To make sure we can continue delivering the quality and safety you deserve, we will be scaling back to a fixed menu for four weeks while we transition into a much bigger facility. This change will begin Thursday, October 2nd. Don’t worry, you will still have a great line-up of customer favourites to choose from, plus all your go-to snacks and sides.


We know this might be a little inconvenient, and we are so grateful for your patience while we take this step. The exciting part is this short-term change sets us up for a massive leap forward. With our new facility we will be able to:

  • Keep up with demand without ever compromising quality
  • Expand into even more variety and innovation in the future
  • Continue raising the bar for flavour, freshness, and convenience


Never in a million years did we think this little family business we started 12 years ago would grow this far. From our family to yours, thank you for being here with us through this transition. Your support means everything, and we promise it will be worth it.

What does this mean for my orders?

From October 2nd, you will be able to choose from a fixed menu of meals for four weeks, plus all your usual snacks and sides.


Why are you making this change?

We are moving into a massive new facility to keep up with incredible demand. Scaling back temporarily ensures your meals stay safe, delicious, and up to our quality standards during the transition.


When will the full menu be back?

We expect to return to our regular variety after four weeks. We will keep you updated every step of the way.


I have a Nourish’d subscription. Will I be affected by this change?

No changes. The Nourish’d Subscription will run as normal. If you auto-allocate your meals, they will be based off our new fixed menu.


Will my delivery stay the same?

No changes. Deliveries will run as normal.


Will all meals still be gluten free and suitable for dietary requirements?

Yes, all meals on the fixed menu will continue to meet the same quality, dietary, and allergen standards as always.


Can I still order snacks and side products?

Absolutely. All snacks and sides will continue to be available during this period.
