The NEW Autumn Menu is Here! With a Few Little Tweaks...

It’s about time we gave the Nourish’d Community some new meals! Our NEW Autumn Menu is now LIVE! We’re introducing you to three new mouth watering & soul-warming autumn meals and four fan favourite meals that will now be available EVERY SINGLE WEEK! Let’s dive in!

Bangers and Mash

Bringing you a delicious homestyle classic! Introducing you to Bangers and Mash - Nourish’d edition. Take succulent sausages nestled on a bed of scrumptious white mashed potatoes and peas and topped with a rich onion gravy. Rich, filling, and packed full of flavour, the only thing you’ll be wanting when you’re done is more! 

Available: Now Live! Available to order every week.

Dietaries Include: Gluten Free | Nut Free | Preservative Free | No Added Sugar

Ingredients: Pork Sausage (pork (99%), sage, salt, pepper), Mash (white potato, CREAM, BUTTER), Onion Gravy (onion, water, bone broth, grape juice, salt, pepper), peas.

Texas Brisket Chilli and Rice 

We’ve got the perfect low and slow, mouth-watering, autumn-warmer for your taste buds. This Texas Brisket Chilli uses tender beef brisket, flavour-packed poppin’ beans and veggies and is served over white basmati rice. Made with all of the love and none of the nasties. A true hug in a bowl!

Cottage Pie 

This scrumptious Cottage Pie has savoury comfort in every mouthful! This beloved autumn and every-day favourite features a hearty beef mince and veg filling with a creamy mashed potato topping. The epitome of cosiness on a plate waiting to be devoured!

4 Meals Available Every Single Week

As you may know, we have a rotating menu (meaning each week our menu changes). Each week we keep our customers’  four favourite meals on each rotation. We are so excited to announce that our new Bangers and Mash meal and fan favourite Korean Style Sesame Chicken and Broccoli will now be one of the four meals available EVERY SINGLE WEEK! 

So now every single week you can look forward to Bangers and Mash, Korean Sesame Chicken and Broccoli, Slow Cooked Beef Stew, and Off The Bone Lamb Shanks. 

This means there will be 16 meals rotating each week with the 4 constant favourites. So 20 healthy and delicious meals to choose from for your Nourish’d order each week. It’s a win, win.

 

With new meals arriving, some meals will be retiring… 

The bittersweet battle of adding new meals to the menu is having to retire some meals too! We take incredible consideration in deciding on which meals to retire, so just know this decision did not come lightly! Please bid farewell to the following meals as they exit the Nourish’d menu. 

  • Lemon Pepper Chicken
  • Gevity Rx Teriyaki Chicken
  • Gevity Rx BBQ Pork Belly 
  • Side Dish: Sweet Potato Mash
  • Side Dish: Veggie Rice
  • Side Dish: Basmati Rice
  • Drink: Cherry Plum Kombucha

P.S. you may have also noticed that some of your favourite meals are available on different weeks. Make sure to keep an eye on the menu every week so you can still snag all your favourite Nourish’d meals!
