Ingredients
Biscuit Base
1 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Medjool Dates
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Caramel Filling
1 cup Medjool Dates
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Almond butter
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Chocolate Top
1 pkt Gevity Rx Salted Caramel chocolate
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Method

Blitz biscuit base ingredients in a food processor or blender until it resembles a fine crumb. Spread evenly onto a lined slice tin and press down. Set in fridge for 30 minutes

Blitz caramel filling ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Spread evenly on top of the biscuit base.

Place chocolate top ingredients into a bowl and melt in microwave. Pour evenly on top of caramel filling. Set in fridge until chocolate is set. Cut into small squares
