Did you know that we offer more dietary options than any other meal provider? That’s right. First and foremost, our entire 60+ rotating meal menu is 100% GLUTEN FREE! We also offer dairy free  meals, keto friendly  meals, low carb  meals, high protein  meals, paleo friendly  meals, nut free  meals, and vegetarian  meals! 

 

Why do we offer so many dietary options? 

To us, you shouldn’t have to sacrifice what you eat due to dietary restrictions. You deserve the best. We provide you with just that and MORE! Some people may worry that gluten free or other dietary friendly meals do not taste as good as their gluten filled substitutes. We find that when you eat gluten free (any Nourish’d dietary friendly meal options for that matter), you really don’t need to miss the gluten filled recipes you used to love. We make our meals with whole-health fuelled substitutes so you get nutrient packed alternatives with no fillers.

 

 

Yes, but I’m going to miss that one gluten filled meal…

Don’t worry! Your favourite gluten filled meals aren’t going anywhere, they’re just getting a small makeover. Are you missing an old favourite? Nothing beats avocado toast on sourdough bread or a classic crispy pizza. A great thing about living in this world of increasing dietary requirements is the ease in which you can find suitable options or recipe alternatives! You can still eat all the avocado toast babe, just substitute the sourdough bread for gluten free bread. 

Make sure you still keep a look out for nasties or preservatives. It’s common with some providers or manufacturers to remove dairy but add industrial soy or fillers, flavourings, gums, or preservatives which can cause havoc on your gut and your mental health!
