Our Chicken, Mushroom & Walnut Risotto is made on our popular cauliflower rice, but looks & tastes exactly like a risotto. In other words - delicious! Rich, creamy, and packed full of nutrition, the only thing you'll be wanting when you're done is more.

INGREDIENTS: Chicken breast (24%), mushroom, cauliflower, coconut cream, walnuts, parmesan cheese, onion, coconut oil, garlic, basil, salt, pepper.

Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 Minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave)
