Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 Minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave)

Have tried other meal delivery services but none are as great as Nourish'd. It's great that I don't have to worry as a Coeliac. The Nourish'd Fried Rice and Slow Cooked Beef Stew are so delicious. Meals are a good size. Easy to heat up, very filling. Easy delivery.
