INGREDIENTS: Chicken Thigh (35%), basmati rice, broccoli, bok choy, teriyaki sauce (apple cider vinegar, honey, gluten free soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds). 

Allergens: Contains Soy and Sesame.

Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 Minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave)

 

Oven: Place meal onto an oven proof dish, and reheat at 150 degrees celcius until desired temperature is reached.

 

Air Fryer: Place meal into an air fryer safe dish, and set to reheat mode for 3 - 5 minutes, or until desired temperature is reached.
