INGREDIENTS: Chicken thigh (25%), cauliflower, tomato, coconut cream, capsicum, carrot, tapioca, almonds, sweet potato, zucchini, onion, coconut oil, butter chicken spice blend (coriander, chilli, onion flakes, salt, green cardamom, pepper, ginger, cassia, turmeric, cloves, garlic flakes, nutmeg, mace, star anise).

Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 Minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave)
