with Baba Ganoush$
Delicious fried mince, mushrooms, capsicum, tomato, onion, herbs & spices. Topped with a dollop of creamy homemade baba ganoush. A great option any time of day!
INGREDIENTS: Beef mince, eggplant, zucchini, mushroom, tomato, capsicum, baby spinach, brown onion, tomato paste, tahini (sesame), olive oil, basil, lemon juice, coconut oil, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper.

Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 Minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave)
Oven: Place meal onto an oven proof dish, and reheat at 150 degrees celcius until desired temperature is reached.
Serving Recommendation: For an extra hearty breakfast, put your heated meal on a slice of toast. Want to add an extra protein punch? Why not add a poached egg as well.
