INGREDIENTS: Curried Sausage (pork sausage (32%), vegetable stock, carrot, brown onion, coconut cream, peas, coconut flour, curry powder, salt, pepper), Potato mash (white potato, cream, butter).

Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 Minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave)
