De-Constructed Shepherd's Pie
Well isn’t that just a fancy way of saying we’re cookin’ a childhood favourite, shepherds pie. This baby will take you back to your mumma’s kitchen table, so be sure to eat it all, or there’ll be no dessert for you mister!
INGREDIENTS: Lamb mince, sweet potato, cauliflower, carrot, peas, mushroom, brown onion, rosemary, garlic, coconut oil, salt, pepper.

Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 Minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave)
Stovetop: Heat on a low to medium heat, for up to 8 minutes, or until desired temperature is reached. Stir gently and frequently for best results.
