INGREDIENTS: Broccoli, coconut cream, bamboo shoots, cashew nuts, baby spinach, brown onion, Thai green curry paste (capsicum, eshallots, ginger, olive oil, lime juice, tomato paste, cumin, turmeric, coriander, chilli, salt, pepper), coconut oil, garlic.

Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 Minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave)
Oven: Place meal onto an oven proof dish, and reheat at 150 degrees celcius until desired temperature is reached.
Air Fryer: Place meal into an air fryer safe dish, and set to reheat mode for 3 - 5 minutes, or until desired temperature is reached.
