Nourish’d Plant Protein Pancake Mix

INGREDIENTS: Faba Bean Protein 52%, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Baking Powder, Coconut Flour.

Produced in a facility that uses Crustacea, Eggs, Fish, Milk, Peanuts, Soy, Tree Nuts and Sesame Seeds. 

Directions for Cooking: 

1. In a bowl, add 1/2 cup (40g) Nourish'd Plant Protein Pancake Mix, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup (90ml) milk of choice.

2. Whisk thoroughly until well combined.

3. In a pre-heated frying pan on low heat, add 1/4 to 1/3 pancake mixture.

4. Cook until bubbles appear. Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with remaining mixture.

Add toppings of your choice and devour.

*Vegan option: Replace egg with 1 small banana.

Makes 3-4 pancakes.
