Unfortunately not as we are a kitchen to door service. We can deliver to either your home or business so plenty of options!

What to do if my ice pack has melted?
I received a meal, snack, and/or drink that I didn’t order?
If you do not have a Nourish’d subscription and you have received a meal, snack, and/or drink that you did not order, please contact us to launch an investigation. Nourish’d meals are made to order each week. Whilst every effort is made to ensure every client receives their order in full, from time to time there may be circumstances where a substitution product may be required due to shortage of ingredients for that particular week. We make every effort to try and substitute the meal or snack with a similar product in the order. With over 60+ meals on the Nourish’d rotating menus, it’s a great way to try something new.
How do I re-heat meals?
Super easy – just pierce the lid, and pop it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. You can also transfer to an oven proof plate and re-heat in the oven, or pop in a pan or pot on the stove. Just remember to take out any salad portion of the dish (should it have one) as no one likes a hot salad.
If you have chosen to freeze your meal, the best way to heat is to leave it thaw on the bench for a few hours and then heat in the microwave for 4-6 minutes.
How do I store my meals?
As your meals are delivered fresh, you’ll want to get them into the fridge ASAP. They will last in the fridge for up to 5-7 days (check the dates on each individual meal). If you’re coming to the end of the week and you have a few left over, simply put them in the freezer where they’ll be good for up to 3 months.

The cool thing about our menu is that we have 60 dishes, of which 20 become available to choose from each week to make up your pack. This way you have heaps of variety each week!
We change over the menu each Wednesday at 9pm AEST. So the items you see in 'This week's menu' are for delivery the following week and so on.
Other FAQ’s
What is your refund policy?
We are happy to offer a refund if something has gone dramatically wrong.
We don’t however, offer refunds because you forgot to cancel or pause your subscription, or simply because you don’t like something you have ordered. We don’t lock you into contracts so if you’re unhappy with our service you can cancel at any time (as long as it's before noon on Wednesday the week before) – however we’d love if you would give us a call first on 07 3132 3957 to let us know what the problem is, and see if we can work through it for you.
Why does Nourish'd cost more than other meal delivery companies?
Two words – 'processed carbohydrates'.
Most of our meals contain no processed carbohydrates which is what other companies use as 'fillers' like rice and pasta to bulk out their meals.
We replace the rices and pastas with more of the good stuff. Plus everything we use have all been sourced from local farmers who raise grass fed & free range meat & eggs, and grow additive free vegetables and fruit.
There’s no point forking out for your awesome fitness regime (we talk to your coaches, we know you have them), if you’re not going to fuel your bodies in the right way. Trust us, money spent nourishing your body now, will save you on those expensive medical bills in 20 years\’ time. Not only that, but you won’t be dipping into your wallets in between meals because you’re starving for a snack or two!

We understand that people aren\’t big fans of every food, which is why we have 20 meal options each week offering a variety of goodies. You can view a description of the meal with the ingredients list when you click on a food image in our online menu. Feel free to contact our customer care team if you are unsure about the content of a meal.
