Everything you need to know about One Off and Recurring Packs
We take orders up until 5pm Thursday AEST, for delivery to the following schedule.
Please note that if you are on a recurring order, payment will be made at 5 pm every Wednesday. If you wish to make any changes to your account including delivery address, pack size, pause your order or cancel your account; this has to be done before 5pm Wednesday! Any changes made after this time will take affect the following week.
You can have the best of both worlds and either place an order for a one off delivery or have your meals sorted each week with a recurring order! Placing a one off order doesn’t mean you can only order once though – any time you need a break from the cooking and need some meals, jump online and place another order.
If you want the peace of mind of having a fridge stocked with healthy, nutritious food at all times your best bet is the recurring plan. Your only task after you sign up is to select your meals before 5pm Thursday each week. Don’t sweat it if you forget to jump on and order, we will allocate your meals for you so you don’t miss out!
We don’t have any lock-in’s and you can cancel or pause your meals at any time prior to our cut off (4 pm Wednesday for recurring customers) (e.g. If you cancel before 4 pm Wednesday you won’t receive any more food. If you cancel after this time, you will receive food the following week, but no more after that).
No. We totally get that people’s needs change, so we’re not interested in locking you into a 6 or 12 month contract (much to the bank’s chagrin!). You can cancel your service at any time prior to order cut off (e.g. If you cancel before 4 pm Wednesday, you won’t receive any more food. If you cancel after this time, you will receive food the following week, but no more after that).
Yes you can pause your recurring service when required, simply by logging in, clicking ‘Account’ on the left hand side and scroll down till you see Account Status – but make sure you remember to log in and reactivate it! You will have the option to pause for 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or indefinitely.
Make sure you do this PRIOR to 4 pm Wednesday the week before you want the pause to take affect. If you pause it after this time, you will be charged for the following week as the produce orders will have gone in. Get organised muchachos!

We will process your payment each week at 5pm on Wedesday. You will have up until noon on Wednesday to change your pack size, pause your account or cancel. You then have until 4pm Thursday to pick your meals for the following week. Any changes made to your account after the payment is taken on Wednesday will take affect the following week. (except meal choice, which is updatable until 4pm Thursday)
YES! If you are on a recurring order you have until noon on Wednesday to Pause or Cancel your account (as payments are taken on Wednesday) otherwise you will receive your next box and the changes will take affect the following week.
You still have until 5 pm Thursday to pick your meals; it's only Pause or Cancel that is strictly 4 pm on Wednesday.

To pick your meals- Log in to your account https://nourishd.com.au/my-account/#/ The first page you come to is ‘Your Next Order’, click on the blue button which says ‘choose my meals’. If you do not choose your meals before 5 pm Thursday each week, an auto allocation of meals will be delivered so you never have to worry about missing out!
Don’t sweat it, we recognise that some of us have dodgy memories or are easily distra – oh look something shiny!
If you forget to make your selections, an order will still arrive the following week as our super awesome system will auto-allocate your meals for you. Even better, you can pre-set your meal preferences (what you Love, Like, and Aren’t A Fan Of) so you’ll only ever be allocated the meals you enjoy! (COMING SOON!) #datconvenience
Absolutely! The best thing about being an adult is being able to choose what you put in your mouth, and we’re not about to take that choice away from you! We have over 50 meals on the menu, with 12 available each week on a rotating menu for you to choose from. These will change over each Thursday afternoon so you have plenty of variety in your diet!
Packaging and The Meals
Suuuuuper easy – just pierce the lid, and pop it in the microwave for 1.5 – 2 minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave). You can also transfer to an oven proof plate and re-heat in the oven, or pop in a pan or pot on the stove if you’re kicking it old school. Just remember to take out any salad portion of the dish (should it have one) as no one likes a hot salad.
If you have chosen to freeze your meal, the best way to heat is to leave it thaw on the bench for a few hours and then heat in the microwave (means your not cooking it for as long).
As your meals are delivered fresh, you’ll want to get them into the fridge ASAP. They will last in the fridge for up to 7-10 days (check the dates on each individual meal). If you’re coming to the end of the week and you have a few left over, simply chuck them in the freezer where they’ll be good for up to 3 months.
We would LOVE to say we had the resources to collect your used boxes each week however unfortunately due to contamination/ health and safety reasons our couriers can no longer collect the used boxes.
The good news though! Despite what your box says; you can break down your cardboard box and woolcool interior and pop them straight into your recycling bin! The cold packs are great for picnics and taking your lunch to work so feel free to re-use them.
All meals are packaged in recyclable, microwave safe, vacuum sealed containers; and are designed to last fresh for 7-10 days in your fridge.
We would have loved to package in some super bio-degradable containers, but we’re still on the hunt for ones that don’t leak within 12 hours. If you’re lacking a recycling bin at home there are a number of other ways to put your containers to good use, for example you could poke some holes through the bottom, push some rope through, and make fancy new shoes.
So here’s a news flash for some of the other suppliers out there – One Size Does Not Fit All! There’s no way we could live with ourselves if we were suggesting a 5ft office worker would eat the same portion size as a 6ft4 tradie – the ridiculousness of it! Instead we worked with our nutritionist to develop three different portion sizes depending on your needs and goals – Standard, Large, and Athlete. Check the table below to see where you fit! (Also note, these are general guidelines, if you’d like more specific info relating to your exact lifestyle, hit up one of our customer service reps who will be happy to help you out).
Ranging between 1300 kilojoules (332 calories) and 1700 kilojoules (420 calories) and are well suited to females with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week. Or men wanting to loose weight.
Ranging between 1900 kilojoules (475 calories) and 2400 kilojoules (600 calories), the Large size meals are recommended for Men with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week. Women that take part in high levels of physical activity.
Ranging between 2500 kilojoules (618 calories) and 3100 kilojoules (780 calories), the Athlete size meals are recommended for Men/Women that take part in high levels of physical activity each week.
The cool thing about our menu is that we have over 50 dishes, of which 12 become available to choose from each week to make up your pack. This way you have heaps of variety each week!
We change over the menu each Thursday between 4pm - 5pm. So the items you see in 'This week's menu' are for delivery the following week and so on.
All of them! Yup, every single one! They are also all preservative, additive, and refined sugar free! Only real, whole ingredients go in, and deliciousness comes out! We are also 90% dairy free but a few meals do contain either goats cheese, haloumi or natural yogurt, so check the ingredients list if you want to avoid dairy.
Not at this stage – sorry guys! As we grow we hope to incorporate more of these products into our regular menu.
Unfortunately, we can’t change a meal to not include a specific ingredient you don’t/can’t eat. However as we have such a large menu, you’ll have plenty of options to find something which suits your requirements.

Each of our meals is tagged with symbols relating to the things they’re suitable for (like dairy free or strict paleo), including FODMAP & Low Carb.
At this stage, our FODMAP/KETO friendly selections are quite limited, however as our menu grows we are working with our nutrition team to incorporate more FODMAP friendly options.

Ahhh public holidays – loved those suckers until we had to juggle delivery days!
The not so simple answer is that it depends (on where you are and the day the holiday falls). Fear not though, we will be in constant communication in the lead up to public holidays to let you know exactly when you can expect your delivery to be made. We will email you and put pop up's on the website to notify you, so keep your eyes peeled.

No problems! The more details the better! At checkout you will be asked to add in delivery instructions. We suggest that you make these as detailed as possible! This makes it a lot easier for our courier drivers to make a safe delivery.

Technical Issues?... and Other Fun Stuff
Great question! The ‘From’ prices you see on both the ‘Our Plans’ page and during the Order process are based on a recurring order delivered to QLD. The prices will vary should you order a One Off pack or live in another state. These are a guild only.
How the flow of creating your order works; is that you actually fill in your postcode and suburb in the very first step after clicking the big ‘Get Started’ button. We do this so that the system can add your shipping cost to the total before you even get to checkout. This means that the suburb and postcode are ‘greyed’ out on the details page, as you have already entered them. If you need to amend these details, just click ‘back’ until you reach the 1st page. Or if you are on a recurring order, these details can be updated from your My Account page
Simple! On each page of the order process, there is both an image and a blue box with white writing. When you click on the image this shows a pop up with more information on the product/service then to select it and move forward, you need to click on the blue button below the image.
We are happy to offer a refund if something has gone dramatically wrong. Like a zombie apocalypse…and if you’ve survived that then kudos on your training program paying off, and you probably deserve a refund.
We don’t however, offer refunds because you forgot to cancel or pause your subscription, or simply because you don’t like something you have ordered. We don’t lock you into contracts so if you’re unhappy with our service you can cancel at any time (as long as it's before noon on Thursday the week before) – however we’d love if you would give us a call first to let us know what the problem is, and see if we can work through it for you.
Two words – 'processed carbohydrates'
Our meals contain no processed carbohydrates which is what other companies use as 'fillers' eg rice and pasta to bulk out their meals.
We replace the rices and pastas with more of the good stuff. Plus everything we use have all been sourced from local farmers who raise grass fed & free range meat & eggs, and grow additive free vegetables and fruit.
There’s no point forking out for your awesome fitness regime (we talk to your coaches, we know you have them), if you’re not going to fuel your bodies in the right way. Trust us, money spent nourishing your body now, will save you on those exy medical bills in 20 years’ time. Not only that, but you won’t be dipping into your wallets in between meals because you’re starving for a snack or two!
I’m sure there’s a line about a teaspoon of cement that fits here….Jokes! In all seriousness we understand that people aren’t big fans of every food, which is why we have twelve meal options each week offering a variety of goodies. Don’t like pork? Pick two of the chicken, and so on. Don’t like any of them? We suggest you try McDonalds.
