In case you didn’t notice, we like to use cauliflower in lots of our Nourish’d meals.
We love it!
But why???
Because… Cauliflower is an extremely healthy vegetable that’s a significant source of nutrients.It also contains unique plant compounds that may reduce the risk of several diseases, including heart disease and cancer.
Additionally, it’s weight loss friendly and a great low carb substitute for rice!

Did you know there is only about 25 calories in one cup of raw cauliflower! How good is that!
Cauliflower is high in fibre too which is important for digestive health. ( you know… keep everything moving…)
It has anti inflammatory properties and takes on flavour so well when cooked with herbs and spices.
High in vitamin C and potassium, to assist with skin health, brain health as well as hydration.
So as you can see its a bit of a legend, hence why we love it so much!
