It’s chocolate flavoured, has coffee, and is good for you. Ummm…does life get any better than that! With an awesome balance of great fats, carbs, and protein this easy to make smoothie makes the perfect arvo snack (halve the quantities), or a breakky on the go!
1 x Banana
1 x scoop Ultimately Natural Choc Protein
1/2 cup coconut cream (or full cup coconut milk)
1 x teaspoon coffee
Ice and water to preferred thickness taste (personally, I like it to come out like a thickshake. Mmmm)
METHOD
Chuck it all in a blender/bullet/ninja, and go nuts!
Of course you can use any flavour protein powder you like – vanilla would go down a treat! – but we have found that the espresso/choc combo is a fave at HQ. For an added boost of veg to your day, add a handful of spinach – you won’t even know it’s there and your insides will thank you!
